The opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be experienced across a wide range of corporate and property matters and play a significant role in growing the firm’s client base.

This role will include but is not limited to, advising, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, business restructuring (including complex mergers and acquisitions), shareholder agreements, procurement, structuring and investments, and governance matters.

Key Responsibilities
•    Guide clients through the complexities of buying, selling, leasing properties, and establishing regulating rights to property, ensuring a smooth and successful process
•    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored end-to-end legal solutions adhering to the highest professional standards.
•    Independent file management from initial instruction to closure, ensuring compliance whilst maintaining a strong client focus.
•    Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
•    Preparing for potential progression to partnership by demonstrating leadership and commitment to the firm’s long-term success.

What you'll bring
•    6+ years of PQE.  
•    Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, can-do attitude to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
•    Excellent communication skills, with a client-centred approach and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
•    A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a dedication to excellence
•    Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing junior staff, will be highly valued.
•    Commercially minded with a desire to grow your own practice via external marketing and networking.
•    Excellent judgement from both a legal and risk perspective and a natural orientation towards changes, improvement and new ideas.
