The opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing to join our growing Manukau office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable practical experience across a wide range of property and related matters. We offer a workload that is both varied and challenging, as well as excellent training, support and development opportunities.

What you'll bring

  • Legal Executive with 1+ years' experience.
  • A solid grounding in residential property matters, with previous experience in running files from start to finish.
  • Be capable of handling property transactions autonomously, including organising buyer funding arrangements.
  • Previous experience with First Home Buyers advantageous.  
  • Advanced skills in reviewing and reporting on LIMs and records of title (including registered interests).
  • Managing settlements, invoices and statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to prioritise, keen administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to speak a second language would be beneficial (but not essential).
  • Confidence and self-motivation.
  • A desire to be part of a high-performing team with an ever-expanding, and broad, client base.
