The opportunity
We’re looking for a super organised, friendly, and proactive person to join our team as an entry-level Reception Administrator. If you’re looking to jumpstart your career and make a real impact, this could be the perfect fit!
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, and you'll handle a variety of tasks to support our day-to-day operations. You're someone who loves interacting with people and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
Duties include:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and setting up Teams meetings.
• General administration duties including photocopying, binding, arranging couriers, ordering stationery and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure the office and kitchen area are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
• Help with staff and client newsletters; experience with social media and content creation tools is favourable.
• Support the planning and execution of events and functions.
• Assist with archiving and accessing our storage facilities.
• Hand deliver legal documents to the District Court and the High Court as needed.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
