About the Opportunity
Our Property team in the Albany office is looking for a full-time Law Graduate/Solicitor who’s ready to step into a role and enjoy a fast-paced and engaging work environment where your contribution truly matters. Real work, real people, real impact.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about property law to contribute to a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, family trusts, enduring powers of attorney, wills, and estate planning. You will develop your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment while enjoying a varied and stimulating workload.

Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and preparing legal correspondence and documentation
• Liaising with clients, professionals, and team members to ensure smooth transactions
• Managing files from opening to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Drafting, negotiating, and settling a variety of property-related agreements and contracts.
• Providing advice on personal assets and succession planning structures, including formation and ongoing administration of trusts.
• Drafting wills, advance directives and memoranda of wishes as part of an estate plan.
About you and what you'll bring
You are either a recent law graduate or have up to 2 years of post-qualification experience. You’re eager to learn, ready to contribute, and looking for a role where you can build a strong foundation in property and commercial law.
