The opportunity  

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and proactive Trust Administrator to join our high-performing team in Albany.   

This is a busy and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work closely with partners and legal teams across the firm while supporting the administration and management of a diverse portfolio of trust clients.   

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, with direct mentoring and oversight from our Partners and Associates. The ideal candidate will be a capable and proactive professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, can quickly grasp new processes and systems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This position is available on either a four- or five-day-per-week basis and is office-based.  

 Your key responsibilities will be:  

  • Assisting with all aspects of trust management (predominantly from an administration perspective)  
  • Preparation of various resolutions and other documents   
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date trust records, and attending to annual filing requirements  
  • Liaising with clients and assisting with routine enquiries in a professional and timely manner  
  • Build strong internal relationships  

 About you  

  • Trust administration experience or knowledge of the Trusts Act would be helpful but not essential.  
  • Previous experience with document management systems would be an advantage  
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, monitor review cycles, and support compliance requirements.  
  • An outgoing and confident personality adept at building relationships across all levels.
