About the Opportunity
Our Litigation Team is looking for an experienced litigation lawyer who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong client relationships and advocating for positive outcomes.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, property and construction issues, negligence claims and defamation matters.
From day one, you'll have the opportunity to:
●    Manage your own files and matters with appropriate support and guidance
●    Work directly with clients, opposing counsel and other stakeholders
●    Be involved in disputes from an early stage through to resolution
●    Appear regularly in courts and tribunals
●    Participate in mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
●    Contribute to litigation strategy and provide practical, commercially focused advice
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their advocacy, negotiation and strategic litigation skills while working within a supportive and experienced team.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
●    3-8 years' PQE with a strong litigation background
●    Experience in contentious dispute resolution matters, including court appearances
●    Strong communication and relationship management skills
●    Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
●    A commitment to providing exceptional client service
●    A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to team success
●    Experience in District Court and High Court proceedings
●    A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for litigation practice
