The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and commercially minded lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE experience to join our growing team. This role will focus on residential and commercial property, estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. Key Responsibilities
• Manage a varied caseload independently from instruction to completion, with a focus on property and private client matters.
• Provide sound, strategic legal advice while maintaining a high standard of client care and professional service.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients through clear, empathetic communication and proactive service.
• Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture.
What You’ll Bring
• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE across property and private client law.
• A client-first mindset, with the ability to build rapport and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear, accessible way.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.
• A drive to grow your practice through business development and networking.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in legal service delivery.
