The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and commercially minded lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE experience to join our growing team. This role will focus on residential and commercial property, estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, and enduring powers of attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a client-focused, team-oriented environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering practical, tailored legal solutions to a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage a varied caseload independently from instruction to completion, with a focus on property and private client matters.
•    Provide sound, strategic legal advice while maintaining a high standard of client care and professional service.
•    Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients through clear, empathetic communication and proactive service.
•    Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture.

What You’ll Bring
•    A minimum of 5 years’ PQE across property and private client law.
•    A client-first mindset, with the ability to build rapport and act as a trusted advisor.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear, accessible way.
•    Proven leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.
•    A drive to grow your practice through business development and networking.
•    A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in legal service delivery.
