The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and capable Senior Solicitor with 3–4 years’ PQE to join our developing business law team in Albany. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with a highly regarded Partner, gaining hands-on experience across a broad and interesting client base.
You will assist with a broad range of commercial matters, including contract drafting, business transactions, and client advisory work. This is a great opportunity for a developing lawyer to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality documentation.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Draft sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and related documentation.
• Identify legal risks in business operations and advise on how to mitigate them.
• Provide strategic and tailored legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients.
