The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and astute lawyer to join our dynamic and growing team.
In this role, you will work across a diverse range of matters, with an emphasis on residential and commercial property transactions, but including estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, and enduring powers of attorney.
You will manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, delivering expert advice on property and private client matters. With a strong focus on client care, you’ll provide strategic, practical solutions while building trusted, long-term relationships through clear and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing files from opening to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Drafting and preparing legal correspondence and documentation
• Drafting, negotiating, and settling a variety of property-related agreements and contracts.
• Providing advice on personal assets and succession planning structures, including formation and ongoing administration of trusts.
• Drafting wills, advance directives and memoranda of wishes as part of an estate plan.
• Liaising with clients, professionals, and team members to ensure smooth transactions
• Providing additional administrative support when required
What You’ll Bring
• A minimum of 4 years’ PQE across property and private client law.
• Extensive understanding of all things property, negotiation and the settlement of transactions.
• Working knowledge of the Trusts Act 2019 and ability to work on trust matters
• A client-first mindset, with the ability to build rapport and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex matters in a clear, accessible way.
• Strong drafting and advisory skills to deliver clear, practical legal solutions
• A drive to grow your practice through business development and networking.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in legal service delivery.
