•    Provide strategic, client-focused advice on trusts, wills, and estate administration.
•    Draft, review, and negotiate complex documentation for business sales and purchases and commercial leasing transactions.
•    Oversee subdivision transactions from start to completion.
•    Deliver high-quality legal documentation and commercially pragmatic advice aligned with client objectives.

What you'll bring

•    Minimum 2 years’ PQE, with prior experience in property law.
•    A collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to teamwork and emerging leadership capability.
•    Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver a high standard of care.
•    Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Demonstrated critical thinking ability, with strong listening skills.
•    Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Why McVeagh Fleming?

•    Our team is genuinely supportive and collaborative – you’ll work alongside approachable, experienced lawyers who have an open-door policy and are invested in your development.
•    You’ll have exposure to high-quality work, with opportunities to work in the legal areas you're passionate about and grow your expertise where it matters most to you.
•    Ongoing professional development is part of our culture – whether it’s internal training, external CPD support, or informal mentoring, we’ll support your growth.
