The opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional all-rounder who is well-equipped to handle property and private client work, including residential and commercial property, estate administration, trusts, wills and EPOAs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, with emphasis on property, estate planning and estate administration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored end-to-end legal solutions adhering to the highest professional standards.
• Independent file management from initial instruction to closure, ensuring compliance whilst maintaining a strong client focus.
• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
What you'll bring
• Minimum 4 years PQE working across a wide range of property and private client matters.
• In-depth knowledge of the Trusts Act 2019.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, can-do attitude to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-centred approach and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing junior staff, will be highly valued.
• A desire to grow your own practice via external marketing and networking.
• Excellent judgement from both a legal and risk perspective and a natural orientation towards changes, improvement and new ideas.
