The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with experience in private client and residential conveyancing to join our busy Albany office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to expand their expertise in property law while working on a varied and rewarding caseload. You will have the autonomy to manage transactions independently while benefiting from strong training, support, and career development opportunities.

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise:

• A qualified Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience in residential property transactions.
• Proven ability to manage property files from start to finish, including buyer funding arrangements.
• Strong experience in reviewing and reporting on LIMs, records of title, and registered interests.
• Expertise in handling settlements, preparing invoices, and drafting statements.
• Previous experience assisting First Home Buyers is advantageous.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and client service skills, with a professional and personable approach.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Well-developed administrative and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to collaborate within a high-performing team and contribute to a positive work culture
•  Proficiency in an additional language is a plus but not essential.
