The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior Solicitor to join our collaborative team in the CBD office. This role offers opportunities to work on the full gamut of commercial property matters, including conveyancing in commercial and residential property and development. There is also a considerable opportunity for regular and direct client contact.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential property transactions, and estate planning.
• Advising clients on legal matters, including property development, leasing (including some specialisation in the Telecommunication sector), acquisitions, and disposals.
• Drafting and reviewing business sales and purchases, commercial leasing, commercial contracts, franchising and shareholder agreements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client service skills.
What you'll bring
• 3 to 5 years PQE
• Demonstrable commitment to teamwork and leadership potential
• Excellent client care skills
• Ability to establish and foster positive working relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinker and an active listener
• The ability to prioritise, keen administrative and organisational skills
