The Role

Our Manukau team has a vacancy for an experienced Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor with extensive experience in trusts, estate administration and estate planning work. This role encompasses a wide range of 'general practice' work with a focus on:

• Trusts
• Estate administration
• Wills
• Enduring Power of Attorney

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Working knowledge of the Trusts Act 2019 and ability to work on trust matters
• Experience in estate administration, writing wills and enduring powers of attorneys
• Fundamental knowledge of conveyancing
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, listen and show empathy with clients
• A calm and pragmatic approach
• Excellent attention to detail and grammar
• Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• A desire to grow your own practice, via external marketing and networking
